Deposit is due on signing; rent is due 60 days prior to rental period (or at the time of reservation, if within 60 days!). All rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday, but last-minute reservations are taken for less than a week when property is vacant, at $100 per night plus $75 cleaning charge. Minimum rental $450.
*Weeks which include Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
